Natasha Tininenko, PT,DPT

Natasha Tininenko received her Bachelors in Health Science from
the University of Arizona. She went on to earn her Master's and
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa,
AZ. She has managed physical therapy practices in AZ, IL, and CA
over the past 12 years.
Natasha was first exposed to yoga through her extensive dance training.
She began teaching Hatha Yoga in 1998 and has been trained in alignment
based yoga. She is a graduate of the College of Purna Yoga RYT-200.
She specializes in working with individuals on modifying their yoga
practice to help rehabilitate from spine or extremity injuries such
at rotator cuff, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis. She has
been using yoga along with traditional physical therapy to treat
clients in the outpatient physical therapy sector for 12 years.
Natasha enjoys educating and empowering clients to make necessary
changes to improve their overall health and function. She applies
her experience as an amateur triathlete and certification in mat
pilates with clients who desire to enhance their level of fitness.
She utilizes a variety of modalities with her private clients including
Therapeutic Yoga, Joint Mobilization, Massage, Active Release Technique,
Strain-Counter Strain, Kinesio Taping, and Mat Pilates.
