Maria Mazzi

Maria Mazzi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Yoga Therapist in the Svaroopa-style of Hatha Yoga. She has over 500 hours of training with Rama Berch, the originator of Svaroopa© Yoga. Maria has been teaching asanas, Pre-Natal and meditation in both group & private classes since 1999 in the greater San Diego area.

Maria offers a depth of understanding that comes from years of being on the frontlines of the working world with which her students can easily relate. Her students appreciate her precise and compassionate style of teaching.
