Bonnie Jones

Bonnie: Trained in the traditional Ashtanga
yoga method as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Bonnie has studied
and received teaching certifications with renowned teachers David
Swenson and Tim Miller. Bonnie has over 20 years experience instructing
movement as well as physical fitness, and has had the pleasure of
teaching at top health resorts such as Canyon Ranch Tucson and Rancho
La Puerta. Her teaching style combines gentle encouragement with
an energizing pace that leaves the practitioner with a feeling of
enlivened relaxation.
