Amy Jo Hearron

After seeing the subtle transformations that yoga
brought into her life, Amy Jo began studying the philosophies and
benefits behind the healing art. She teaches Hatha Vinyasa Flow
Yoga, focusing on the connection between breath and movement. She
encourages students to explore the space inside and move beyond
the tangible into the deepest parts of their being to discover their
individual truth and the power to deal with life's daily challenges.
Yoga helps to open our hearts and minds, tear down the walls we
continually build, recognize our personal needs and free ourselves
from destructive behavioral patterns while creating strength and
grace on and off the mat. Initially inspired and certified at White
Lotus Foundation by Ganga White and Tracey Rich, she studied Ashtanga
Yoga with Paul Dallaghan, completed the Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher
Training and has practiced with Jonathan Bowra, Vinnie Marino &
Seane Corn. Amy Jo is also a certified massage therapist.
